Аннотация
Представлен обзор литературных данных, посвященных сердечно-сосудистой патологии у пациентов в отдаленные сроки после перенесенного злокачественного новообразования. Особое внимание уделено неблагоприятным последствиям лучевой терапии. Приведены клинические рекомендации по стратификации кардиального риска и мониторингу отдаленных сердечно-сосудистых осложнений противоопухолевой терапии. Описано клиническое наблюдение лучевой патологии сердца.
