Innovative approaches to market segmentation and product positioning
摘要
The article describes the innovative approaches to segmenting of markets and positioning of goods based on the reconstruction of the market space as a result of complex realizations of unique solutions due to both features of a company activity and specific socio-economic conditions of business activity. The basic directions of search for unoccupied market niches are revealed. The characteristics of two fundamentally different strategies of a company are compared: in the conduct of competition and in case of failure of this struggle due to formation of market zones which are free from the competition. A method of forming of market zones with free competition is suggested in the paper.

Role of automatic identification in the development of process approach
摘要
The article discusses the use of automatic identification technologies to generate data models used in the development of the process approach. The possibility of optimizing business processes through the introduction of RFID systems providing continuous automated data collection and analysis is considered and compared with the planned results. Received information from automatic identification systems at all control points of considered business processes can be used in order to optimize and accompany the material flow at all stages of the life cycle of products and at all levels of the supply chain.

The authors investigate the potential of network planning and management in the design of process of creation and introduction to the market the innovative engineering products. The article deals with the methodological approaches to the quality rating and effectiveness of the Russian technology platforms. The results of expert evaluation of the effectiveness of individual platforms of the proposed criteria are described. The article develops a system of indicators in order to compare evaluation of the performance scores of technology platforms which are formed on the basis of the rating reflect of the quality of the organization managing the implementation of the Platform’s Program Action in the period from 2011 to 2013.

The history of occurrence and development of commercial courts in Russia

The article considers the basic stages of formation and development of commercial courts in the Russian Federation in the pre-revolutionary period. Special attention is paid to peculiarities of commercial litigation, the composition of the court and to the discussion question of liquidation of commercial vessels after the judicial reform of 1864. The author makes a conclusion that commercial courts had functioned as special courts. There was implemented an oral, adversarial process and still remained an objective need in their work.

The article develops the concept of computer representology, which is the philosophical and methodological analysis of deductive models of knowledge representation. These models are one of the varieties of logical models of knowledge representation. These latter knowledge representations together with a logical languages form the important concept of the computer knowledge representation - logical. Under the concepts of computer representation of knowledge are understood aggregates of computer models of representation of domain knowledge of reality, and the corresponding to these models language means, which are developed by artificial intelligence. Application of MarSurf XR 20 tool for measuring of surface roughness in teaching process at “Standardization, Metrology and Certification” department of UMech

This paper proposes the use of measure tool Mar-Surf XR 20 in teaching process: laboratory work for assessment of surface roughness parameters, including development of MarWin measuring algorithm for MarSurf XR 20 and processing of results. The authors proposed a scheme to verify the theoretical level preparedness of students, as well as for protection of laboratory work. Evaluation is carried out in the form of computer-based testing in MyTestX program. Future prospects for the use of the installation in the learning process. There are future prospects for use of the installation in the teaching process.

The article deals with the problem of legal regulation of minority languages in the Russian Federation. There are analyzed in detail the sources of regulation of legal status of minority languages.
