详细
论证。俄罗斯海军现役军人的职业活动在极端条件下进行,可能导致机体功能储备下降,并促进职业加速性疾病的发生。
目的。展示俄罗斯海军现役军人初发病率在7年(2017—2023年)期间的动态变化及结构特点。
材料与方法。本研究分析了按3/MED表格格式的发病情况报告。不包括参加特别军事行动的军人所患疾病和创伤数据。由于近年来疾病名称和分类条目的调整,报告数据的分析时间范围限定为2017—2023年。将疾病与《国际疾病与有关健康问题统计分类》第十版(International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, ICD-10)的疾病类别及主要病种对应。发病率按每1000名军人(‰)计算。统计分析使用 Microsoft Excel 2007 软件,结果以算术平均值及其标准误(M±m)表示。
结果。俄罗斯海军的初发病率低于全俄武装力量的总体水平。年均发病率为565.47±16.41‰,约占全俄武装力量初发病率总量的11.0%;初发病率首位为呼吸系统疾病(X类),年均水平298.53±11.54‰,占结构的52.7%;第二位为肌肉骨骼系统及结缔组织疾病(XIII类;61.12±3.07‰,占比10.8%);第三位为皮肤及皮下组织疾病 (XII类;41.60±3.63‰,占比7.3%)。三类疾病合计占结构的70.8%。共确定30种主要病种 (或病种组),其合计占比为65.5%。
结论。所计算的发病率指标在舰队组织实施预防措施时可作为参考值。针对主要疾病类别和主要病种的预防、早期发现、治疗与康复,有助于显著降低俄罗斯海军现役军人的发病率。
