Electrical Anisotropy in Extruded Specimens of Bi0.85Sb0.15 Solid Solution

The paper deals with the electrical anisotropy resulted from the texture formation in extruded specimens of Bi_0.85Sb_0.15 solid solution. Experiments show that without the magnetic field strength, in unannealed extruded specimens the electric conductivity at ~77 and ~300 K in the direction normal to the extrusion axis is higher than in the direction parallel to it. After annealing, an inverse correlation is observed, i.e. electrical anisotropy changes sign.
