Аннотация
В качестве теоретической основы трансформационной терапии аддиктивных расстройств рассматривают экзистенциальные, нейробиологические и когнитивные модели зависимого поведения. Антагонист НМДА-рецепторов кетамин, обладающий нейротрофическими, модулирующими и психоделическими эффектами, демонстрирует универсальные свойства преобразующего агента для любой из представленных концепций зависимого поведения. Поскольку устойчивые психические и поведенческие изменения являются изменениями психобиологическими, субстратом, определяющим эффективность вмешательства, выступают синаптическая пластичность и ремоделирование нейрональной сети.
