Аннотация
Resistive gas sensors based on nanocrystalline films of tin oxides with terbium and antimony additives were manufactured. Sensitivity and its temperature dependence, selectivity and temporal dependences of the reaction of the sensors to reagents were investigated. High sensitivity of the sensors to alcohols as well as to toluene and ortho-creosol compared to acetone, benzene, glycerol, and diethylene glycol is established
