Аннотация

Heat capacity of NdVO₄ was determined in the temperature range of 384–859 K using differential scanning calorimetry. The thermodynamic functions (H°(T)–H°(384 K), S°(T)–S°(384 K), and Φ°) of neodymium orthovanadate were calculated using the experimental C_p = f(T) values. The structure of NdVO₄ was studied at 298 and 973 K.
