Abstract
Technique and procedure for measurements of the heat transfer coefficient in experimental research of heat transfer at the liquid-solid interface are submitted. The technique enables to use the metal film applied to the surface both to heat the surface and to measure the surface temperature, thus minimizing uncontrolled heat loss and reducing the measurement uncertainty.
